Well, I can completely relate to all of those feelings, because I’ve been there. Luckily, though, I found my answers online – and I want to share some of those insights with you.
First, I have a question though.
Why Are You Looking For a Work From Home Job?
This is an important question to ask yourself before we go any further. Why are you looking to work from home and are you really looking for a work from home JOB?
I ask you this because while there are many jobs you can do from home, I wonder if you have ever considered starting your own online business.
I know to many of you this may seem daunting, but let me explain.
There were specific reasons why my husband and I were online a couple of years back looking for an opportunity to work from home.
Both of us had a job at the time, but we both knew a few things.
We didn’t want a 9 to 5 (ever)!
We didn’t want to have to answer to anyone but ourselves.
We didn’t want to have to ask anyone’s permission to take a vacation.
We wanted financial security we could provide for ourselves, so it couldn’t just be taken away. The unfortunate truth is that layoffs and cutbacks can happen anytime – so there’s not much security in working for someone else.
We, most importantly, wanted time freedom.
There was no question in our minds that we wanted to be in control of our future and having a job, in our eyes, wouldn’t allow that.
That’s when we learned about internet marketing. We were lucky to come across some great mentors who have taught us more than we could have ever imagined.
There is no question that the internet and the number of consumers online is growing every year and we wanted to be a part of that.
We’ve realized that once you learn the skill sets necessary to market online, there are no boundaries or limitations. It is like an open platform to reach out to as many people as far or nearby as you would like.
More and more businesses are understanding the power of having an online presence and there is absolutely no recession on the internet.
Therefore, I leave you with these thoughts. Do you want to have a JOB that you work from home where someone else will decide what you are worth and be “looking over your shoulder?”
